For international orders we use DHL. If DHL can deliver to your location, we can ship to you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. If you do not receive it, please contact us with your order reference.

Your order confirmation will be sent by email after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if it has not arrived within four hours. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order details.

Every watch includes a 5-year warranty. You can register your warranty within 28 days of purchase through the product registration service.

The model number is shown on your order confirmation and on the relevant product page. If you need help locating it, please contact us with your order number.

We offer a free 30-day returns service. Please follow the returns instructions to submit your return.

Our standard return period is 30 days. Returns after this period are not normally accepted unless the watch has a manufacturing fault, in which case a repair or replacement may be offered.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 working days after we receive the returned item.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed the order, changes can no longer be made.

Yes, provided the product is unused, in good condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the returns procedure to arrange an exchange.

If you do not have a spring bar removal tool, we recommend visiting your local watch repair specialist.
